Mauricio Pochettino, former Chelsea manager, has been appointed as the new head coach of the United States men’s national soccer team, US Soccer announced. Pochettino, who left Chelsea in May after one season, will take charge of the U.S. team as they prepare for the 2026 World Cup, which will be co-hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
