Three men have filed lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting them between 2019 and 2020. One anonymous plaintiff, referred to as John Doe, claims that after consuming a drink provided by Combs at a 2019 afterparty in New York, he blacked out and was assaulted while being filmed by a man and a woman. The next morning, he was allegedly given $2,500 by the same individuals, who said the money came from Combs. Another plaintiff accuses Combs of assaulting him at a 2020 party at his East Hampton home, after offering him alcohol that caused him to lose consciousness. The third plaintiff, a former employee of Combs, alleges that during a 2020 meeting about unpaid wages, Combs drugged him, leading to unconsciousness, and assaulted him upon waking up, threatening that no one would believe him if he went to the police.

Combs’ legal team has denied all the allegations, calling the lawsuits “full of lies” and vowing to prove them false. They also stated they would seek sanctions against the lawyers involved. Combs is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after being denied bail three times. Attorney Thomas Giuffra, who represents the plaintiffs, revealed that over 60 other individuals have contacted his office with similar claims against Combs. Due to concerns about his influence and power, the plaintiffs chose to file anonymously. Giuffra emphasized that each of the claims was thoroughly investigated before proceeding with the lawsuits.
