Billionaire Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, are reportedly set to wed next Saturday in Aspen, Colorado, in a luxurious $600 million winter wonderland-themed ceremony. The couple, who announced their engagement in May 2023, will exchange vows in a setting adorned with festive decorations, sparkling lights, and a touch of holiday magic, according to insiders.

In the days leading up to the grand event, Bezos and Sanchez will host an exclusive pre-wedding celebration at Matsuhisa, a renowned sushi restaurant. Reports indicate the couple has reserved the upscale venue for Thursday and Friday, offering guests an opulent start to the weekend.

The star-studded affair is expected to draw a high-profile guest list, reminiscent of their extravagant engagement celebration in Positano, Italy. That event was attended by prominent figures such as Bill Gates, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Queen Rania of Jordan. While their upcoming nuptials have sparked widespread curiosity, Bezos, 60, and Sanchez, 54, have remained tight-lipped, with no official confirmation of the wedding date.

The couple’s relationship began in 2018 and became public in 2019 following Bezos’ divorce from MacKenzie Scott. Sanchez, a former broadcast journalist, was previously married to talent mogul Patrick Whitesell, with whom she shares two children. Bezos, who has three children from his marriage to Scott, proposed aboard his mega-yacht last year, presenting Sanchez with a $2.5 million pink diamond ring.

The wedding comes amid unrest for Bezos’ Amazon empire, as workers continue a nationwide strike in multiple states. The protests, now in their third day, highlight labor grievances against the retail giant, casting a contrasting backdrop to the billionaire’s upcoming celebration.
